During the first appointment, our dietitian will meticulously assess your nutrition and lifestyle by asking you questions and analysing your medical chart. By the end of this session, you will determine together what are your goals and priorities, so the dietitian can elaborate a specific plan for your needs. The second appointment is dedicated to presenting the action plan in detail and provide evidence-based recommendations to help you reach your goals. The following sessions are meant to work on your different objectives, implement lifestyle habits and make sure you master your new skills. Throughout those follow-ups, the dietitian will assess your progress, find solutions to obstacles you may encounter, increase your motivation for change and fine tune your plan. For the last meeting with the dietitian, you will explore ways to maintain the new habits acquired to make sure they last on the long term.

Our doctors take a comprehensive and holistic approach to healthcare that goes beyond treating symptoms to address the underlying causes of illness.

Our doctors are dedicated to providing personalized and patient-centered care. Unlike traditional medicine, which often treats symptoms in isolation, our doctors take a proactive approach and leverage the newest medical technologies and breakthroughs.

We start by conducting comprehensive assessments to understand your unique medical history, genetics, lifestyle, and environmental factors. Based on our findings, we create personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle modifications, dietary changes, supplementation, and, when necessary, conventional medical interventions.

We emphasize preventive measures and overall wellness, empowering you to improve your quality of life.
